Ⅰ. Instructions for use
To ensure that you can use this device safely and correctly, be sure to carefully read this instruction manual before use,to understand the basic structure,working principle,precautions,safe operating procedures, and methods for handling temporary malfunctions of the device, etc.
1. Personnel requirements
In order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, prevent accidents, and protect personal and property safety, operators need to always improve their safety awareness and do the following:
1) Untrained or non-professional personnel are prohibited from operating;
2) Strictly follow the operating specifications in this manual;
3) Operators should be in good mental state before work and are strictly prohibited from working after drinking to avoid losses caused by negligence or misoperation;
4) You must dress neatly when working. You are prohibited from wearing scarves and long clothes. You are not allowed to wear high heels, slippers, sandals or slippery shoes when entering the work site. You are not allowed to wear skirts, etc.
5) Establish a personnel responsibility system and assign specific personnel to be responsible for the operation, care and maintenance of equipment.
2.Operational specifications
1) Should have knowledge of mechanical and electrical operations and be in good health;
2) Be familiar with the mechanical structure,performance, safety regulations,etc.of the equipment;
3) Operators need to be trained before taking up their posts;
4) Do not use it in a way that is too wide or too thick;
5) Before each operation,the leveler should be inspected to ensure that all parts are intact,well lubricated, noise-free, and that the safety protection devices are functioning normally;
6) During repair and maintenance,the main line switch must be turned off and the maintenance sign must be hung.Do not perform maintenance operations when the power is on.
Ⅱ.Machine Introduction
The leveling machine is a leveling equipment suitable for aerospace, transportation, shipbuilding, medical technology industry, vehicle manufacturing, locomotive manufacturing, construction industry, chassis manufacturing, textile machinery, steel metallurgy, metal processing, mechanical processing, sheet metal processing and other processing industries. It plays a vital role in the verticality, parallelism, appearance and precision of industrial structural parts!
1.Working Principle
The working principle of the leveling machine is based on the elastic-plastic deformation of metal materials.The leveling roller uses the "Bauschinger effect" of the material to repeatedly stretch and compress the sheet between the upper and lower rollers, and perform multiple alternating bends in the positive and negative directions,so that the multiple curvatures gradually become a single curvature, and the sheet gradually becomes flat and uniform.
2.Components Introduction
2-1 Touch Panel
The machine uses a Siemens 10-inch touch screen,from which we can set the equipment parameters and view the equipment status to achieve our goal of leveling the plate.

( 2 )Main operation interface:
The basic operation and status monitoring of the machine are all performed on the main interface, as shown below:
①Alarm display:
The text box on the left displays the current alarm information, and when the alarm light on the right is red, it means an alarm has occurred in the system.
② Setting of the gap between inlet and outlet:
You can enter the required value in the setting value of the left or right inlet and outlet, or you can click the up and down arrows to adjust the current gap value.
③Control and speed regulation of the main leveling conveying motor:
It can perform forward and reverse rotation, jog operation, start and stop, and speed adjustment operations.
④Material formula:
The machine parameters for different plate thicknesses can be saved so that they can be directly read and used when needed.
⑤Parameter setting: You can enter the parameter setting page.
⑥Gap adjustment control button:
After clicking "Work", the system will automatically adjust to the set value position and stop automatically; if there are any problems during the operation, you can directly click the "Stop" button to stop the current operation.
⑦Password Management: You can enter the password management page.
( 3 )Speed adjustment interface:
Adjust the speed of the plate conveyor line,including the leveler speed and the front and rear conveyor line speeds.

It includes some basic parameter settings of the machine and the switching of the machine language, as shown in the figure below:

A password may be set when the machine leaves the factory. When the password expires and needs to be decoded, you need to operate in the password management;after the password expires, the password expiration alarm will be displayed in the alarm display area of the main operation interface,and a red indicator light will light up in the password management interface.Enter the required password in the password input area, and then click the "Decode" button.The red indicator light turns green, indicating that the decoding is successful.
2-2 Power switch
The main power switch of the machine controls the overall power on and off of the machine.
2-3 Emergency stop button
The machine has a total of 4 emergency stop buttons,which are distributed on both sides of the machine's feed and discharge ports for emergency b raking needs in unexpected situations.
Ⅲ.Procedure
1. Connect the main power line (three-phase five-wire system) correctly, measure the connected power voltage and turn on the machine power switch after it is correct.
2. At this time, the main control panel displays the startup screen.Click to enter the system and then enter the main operation interface.Select "Forward" on the main interface and click "Start".Observe the running direction of the main conveyor roller to ensure that the machine runs in the forward direction, that is, ensure that the feeding operation can be performed from the feeding port (the side with the touch screen and power switch is the feeding side);if the roller runs in the opposite direction at this time, you need to swap any two live wires of the power input line, and the motor will run in the correct direction.
3. According to the different thicknesses of the leveling plates, enter the corresponding values at the setting values of the discharge port and the feed port on the main interface, and then click "Work".The "Work" button turns green, and the current values of the discharge port and the feed port will change to the set values. After the adjustment is completed, the "Work" button turns from green to gray, indicating that the adjustment operation is completed and the leveling work can be carried out.
4. Select "Forward", click "Start", and feed the material sheet that needs to be leveled into the machine from the feeding side. Normally, it needs to be leveled in the horizontal and vertical directions respectively. If the leveling effect is not ideal, multiple leveling can be performed.
5. After determining that the most ideal leveling effect has been achieved, the current inlet and outlet setting value formula can be saved. Enter the material code in the input box after "Material Number" and click "Save" to save the corresponding formula data. The next time the same plate needs to be processed, just enter the corresponding material code and click "Read" to call out the corresponding formula data for processing.
Ⅳ.Machine maintenance
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the machine, reduce abnormalities caused by wear and tear, and ensure the quality of processed products, the machine should be maintained regularly. The specific operations are as follows:
1. Wherever there is a grease fitting, add grease once a month to ensure the lubrication of the bearings.
2. Clean the surface of the roller regularly, and do not allow iron slag, tape, paper scraps and other foreign objects to stick to it to avoid damaging the leveling roller.
3. Regularly check whether the nuts are loose and whether the machine makes abnormal noises. If any are found to be loose, tighten them with a wrench. If you encounter any professional problems, please contact our after-sales service.
4. During inspection, maintenance and refueling, make sure that the power supply of the machine is completely disconnected; when starting the machine for the first time after maintenance, pay attention to observe the machine's operating status, and operate it normally only after there is no abnormality.
